Refunds
Once you have received your order, you will have 30 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your order must be unworn/unused in the original packaging with tags. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, you will receive return process instructions and a shipping label.

Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be notified once your return has been received, inspected, and if your return was approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your order must be in the same condition it was received: unworn/unused in the original packaging with tags. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
