How long does it take my order to ship?

Once received, most orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Our team at ONIMI is small so we appreciate your patience as we work towards completing your orders.

* Please note that our team does not fulfill orders on Saturdays and Sundays.

Can I add an item to my order or change the size?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes! However, your package will be shipped using our non-preferred service, USPS. In this case, ONIMI does not take responsibility for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages and will not contact USPS on your behalf.
For the best shipping experience, we recommend using a non-P.O. Box street address.

I entered the wrong shipping address!

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to your shipping information once your order has been confirmed. 
If you need to change any shipping information, you can request an address change through your UPS myChoice account.

What if my order is missing items or arrives damaged?

Please contact customer service at your earliest convenience via email at info@onimisport.com 

  • If you are missing items, please include your order number, a photo of the items you did receive, and a photo of your order slip.

  • If an item arrived damaged, please include your order number and a photo of the damaged item(s).

My package was marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?

We kindly ask that you allow 5 additional business days for delivery!

If you do not reach out within 30 days of your order date, we reserve the right to deny issuing any replacement items or refunds.
